Honeybees on Stone Crop Flowers
Strangely enough, after over 3 years of taking digital macro photography, I had not encountered a honey bee until September 14, 2009. My neighbor at my old house just planted these flowers that I found out were called stone crop. They were small bushes about a foot in diameter and each one had about 20 bees on it. The bees moved quickly, but because there were so many, it was easy to get a lot of good photographs.
